There are moments in our lives that we never forget.

Standing and looking in the eye of an elephant, doing Yoga by the lapping waves, waking up to palm trees and a breath taking Bay and the smell of a salt breeze, spending days on end without a care in the world....

There's something incredible that happens when we travel to a foreign land. We're pushed out of our comfort zone and are forced (in a beautiful way) to grow and learn, adapt and change.

We have the opportunity to see things in a completely new way.

When we change our scenery, the things we look at change. The things we notice tend to move from the macro to the micro.

We notice the flowers and the details, the smells and the flavors and the beauty in the moment.

This trip combines rest and rejuvenation with all the beauty that Thailand has to offer. Pristine beaches, palm trees, elephants, monkeys, birds, friendly people, breath taking statues...

If you're looking for a chance to unwind with like minded souls, surrounded by overwhelmingly beautiful scenery and the wonder of Southeast Asia at a safe, boutique resort with seasoned international travelers + Yoga + Elephants then this retreat is for you.
